All Aboard for Miss Teenage Canada

We had a blast this morning with Mariposa Cruises and Damn Heels. Find out more about our adventure on the sea…

Ever since the 70 Miss Teenage Canada finalists arrived in Toronto on Saturday they have had the opportunity to participate in some of the most exciting sightseeing activities and events that the city has to offer. This morning, the finalists had the once in a lifetime experience of going a boat cruise around the Toronto Harbour care of Mariposa Cruises and the lovely ladies at Damn Heels and Duet Public Relations.

ET Canada was there to document the experience, as were behind-the-scenes teams Lucid Communications and Frank Ideas and Execution. And we must say, it was an absolute blast!

Although it was an early morning for most, spirits were high and the girls were dressed to impress – crowns, sashes, and all! After making a “Welcome Aboard” video for ET Canada, the finalists were escorted onto the three-level cruise boat and greeted with a cool glass of punch and nothing but blue skies. Once the finalists took in the warm breeze and gorgeous view of downtown Toronto’s skyline from the top deck of the boat, they had an official welcome from Hailey Coleman – one of our favourite Canadian entrepreneurs and the founder of Damn Heels.

The ladies were also treated to a fantastic breakfast spread aboard the boat complete with pastries, muffins, croissants, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola bars and speciality tea and coffee. After some breakfast, mingling and lots of excited chatter, we all headed to the top deck for a huge dance party! The sun was shining and the girls were decked from head to toe in their most glamorous outfits. Needless to say, by the time we docked at noon everyone on the boat had made a ton of lasting memories and we couldn’t have done it without Damn Heels, Mariposa Cruises and Duet PR.
