What an amazing year I have had as the reigning Miss Teenage Canada.
To the 2019 Miss Teenage Canada delegates, this week and year is one that I will cherish forever. It has been a true honor to meet so many amazing young ladies that exemplify beauty with a purpose and who have already accomplished so many amazing things. You are all truly inspirational role models and I am proud to call you my friends.
To Emma , Miss Teenage Canada 2019, it is an honor to pass on the crown to you. You are in for an exciting and rewarding year and I look forward to following you on your journey. Cherish the experience, friendships and the people you meet along the way. I know I will forever hold this past year and week dear to my heart. Best wishes to you from the bottom of my heart!

This year has been one of the busiest, most rewarding years of my life, filled with so much adventure, growth and love. I am thankful for the opportunity to meet new people, to volunteer with various charities, and for making a difference and having a positive impact on the environment. I am thankful for every single moment!
To all the girls who competed I hope you will remember these days at Miss Teenage Canada for the rest of your life. You all shined on stage.

Winning Miss Teenage Canada was the most amazing feeling, and when my name was called, I didn’t know it yet, but my life was going to change. Since becoming Miss Teenage Canada, I have traveled to so many new places. I have been up north to Canada’s arctic. I traveled south to Curaçao for the Miss H2O International Pageant. I have stretched from the West Coast to the East. As my parents would say I have become quite the little traveler.
I spent my birthday representing Canada in Curaçao and went all the way to the Maritimes with my best friend, Miss World Canada to attend a pageant. I traveled North to places like Thompson Manitoba for Carnival days, and Sanikiluaq, Nunavut with my dad to help with providing Christmas dinner in the community. These crazy fun adventures are just a few of the huge highlights during my time as Miss Teenage Canada.
This year I had the opportunity to work and grow in my modelling career as well as work with organizations so close to my heart, such as the Canadian Mental Health Association, Water Ambassadors of Canada, and the Make A Wish Foundation as well as other charitable organizations. I had the pleasure of working with various corporations supporting events to give back to the communities and in support of youth mental health. I hope to continue this work in the future.
I want to say thank you to my family and friends for all your support during my Miss Teenage Manitoba and Canada reign. From watching me compete on the livestream, to coming out to events, thank you for believing in, and supporting me.
I want to say thank you to everyone involved in Miss Teenage Canada for making my dreams come true and making this year possible. I’ll truly remember this year for the rest of my life. I’m so grateful to have had this opportunity and I’ve learned so much from it.
I also want to thank the girls I met along the way who I can now call my best friends. Also, a huge thank you to my parents because without you I wouldn’t have made it this far. Thank you to my sponsors and the sponsors of MTC. Everyone who has supported me thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this year possible.
I am beyond thankful for the people that have come into my life during the last year. You are part of my extended family and my friends for life.
This has been an amazing year that I’ll remember and cherish it forever!
